Our winegrowing estate is in Nothalten, a small village in the heart of Alsace on the Wine Road, midway between the Haut-Koenigsbourg and Mont Sainte Odile.
Arnaud, the winegrower here since 2002, manages the estate, which extends over 24 hectares of vineyards. Sophie, his wife, runs the commercial side of the business.
The vineyards are planted with the seven Alsace grape varieties: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner.
We cultivate some 80 plots, several of them within the Alsace Grand Cru Muenchberg and Alsace Grand Cru Moenchberg appellations.
We devote all our energy and winegrowing experience to working the land and the vines because we believe that the first step in producing a great wine is caring for the vines. We nurture our vines, watching over them like children as they grow and flourish, to produce grapes of the highest quality that give the fullest expression of the terroir in which they ripened.
We work our vines sustainably, our philosophy founded on respecting the soil and human values.
Our specifications blend sustainable winegrowing with human and environmental considerations and consistent quality of wines produced in the most natural ways possible.
Our extensive range runs the gamut from dry, mineral wines to Cuvées Vieilles Vignes, and outstanding wines such as Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Sélection de Grains Nobles.
